We live about a block away and as they say in real estate, it's location. This is a great neighborhood bar, we show up and the cat who lives on our gazebo is there. His girlfriend is there and they feed him. Good people, my wife knows everybody's name , a lot of regulars. The best hamburger on the island, make it any way you want, I write it all on a napkin. Have eaten most of the menu over the years and have never had a bad meal. Just a great place. Once, I was out of town, my wife had to go in for emergency back surgery, one of the servers knew what he was doing, transported her to the hospital. Yes, it is that kind of place. And everybody knows your name.
