Isla Grand Beach Resort at 500 Padre Boulevard, South Padre Island, Texas.

Just horrible customer service. We had a bed with a soaking wet mattress. Reported to the front desk and was told that it didn't make sense. I agreed. After no response for half hour, spoke with front desk manager who was dismissive and explained that the maid (singular) was busy cleaning broken glass. Waited another half hour for clean sheets. For over $300 a night, would expect better service. Clearly understaffed and underprepared for "3 star" status..
